Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location. The exact amount will be shown before you pay.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These fees are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Tethr does not control or collect these fees.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@usetethr.co right away. We can update the address if the order has not shipped yet. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, email support@usetethr.co. We will open a trace with the carrier and send a replacement if the package cannot be located.
