30 day money back guarantee on defective items
We stand behind Tethr. If your Tethr arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or stops working as designed within 30 days of delivery, you get a full refund and a free replacement. You do not have to choose one or the other.
What's covered
- Items that arrive damaged or broken
- Items with a manufacturing defect
- Items that fail during normal use within 30 days of delivery
What's not covered
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or accident
- Loss or theft of the product itself
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
How to make a claim
- Email support@usetethr.co within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
- Attach a photo or short video of the defect.
We review every claim within 2 business days and reply by email.
Returns
In most cases you do not need to send the item back. If we do ask for a return, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. You will not pay for return shipping. Return address:

Refund and replacement timing
Once your claim is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your replacement ships within 2 business days of approval and arrives in 5 to 8 business days.
Order cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email support@usetethr.co with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the guarantee above.
